Assisted Living Business Academy is a training and coaching website that teaches an individual or legal entity to create their own Assisted Living Business. The Website is accessible to anyone, and hence, anyone and anything can be a User, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

It is important to emphasise that the User hereby agrees and acknowledges that the User runs the financial risk of losing capital (i.e. money) by starting a business and hence, the Provider will not be liable for this. The Provider merely provides the teaching and coaching. The user also acknowledges to compensate the Provider for any damages or losses that may occur during his/her usage of the Website.
 

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may be in consequence of inadequate virus protection software installed or downloaded by the User on his/her electronic device.
 

Updating of the Terms and Conditions
